AC repair in Calallen.
A/C repair, heating and new American Standard systems for Calallen and Annaville, on the northwest side of Corpus Christi.
Calallen and Annaville.
Calallen is on the far northwest side of Corpus Christi, where IH-37 and US 77 meet, with Annaville just down IH-37. We come up from 3833 Saturn Rd on the Southside.
Calallen sits inland along the Nueces River, so salt off the water is less of a factor than on the Southside or out on the coast, but the heat and humidity are the same. In summer, that puts the most work on filters and drain lines.
What we hear from Calallen.
Running, but not cooling
Summer heat runs systems hard. Check the filter first, then call.
Blank thermostat
Fresh batteries and still nothing on the screen.
Water leaking
Water by the indoor unit usually means the drain line needs clearing.
No heat
We repair gas furnaces and electric heat when the cold fronts come through.
Free estimates on a new American Standard system

Questions we get from Calallen.
Do you cover Annaville too?
Yes. Annaville is part of our regular Corpus Christi service area, same as Calallen. Tell us your cross street when you call.
What brands do you sell?
Our main equipment brand is American Standard. We also install Lennox. We service all brands, and the office can go over options with you during office hours.
Do I need to be home for the visit?
Not necessarily. Give us the name and number of whoever will be there, or any door, lock box or gate access, and we’ll put it on the work order. The technician calls ahead.
