Port Aransas sits at the north end of Mustang Island, between the Gulf and the ship channel. From 3833 Saturn Rd, we come over the JFK Causeway and up SH 361 along the island, or around through Aransas Pass and across on the ferry.
Salt spray and blowing sand reach every outdoor unit on the island. They wear on coils, fins and cabinets faster than they would inland, so coil care matters more here than almost anywhere we work.

Give us your tenant’s or guest’s name and number, or any door, lock box or gate access, and we’ll put it on the work order. The technician calls ahead, and we can check with you before the work starts.
Texts are read weekdays, 8 AM to 5 PM. If the air is out or water is leaking, call instead so we can get a technician moving.

How do I pay?
You can pay the technician on site by card, check, or cash. After hours, you can leave payments in our secure locked drop box at the office. For anything else in person, stop by Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
The outdoor unit won’t come on, or a small light on the system is blinking. What does that mean?
Newer systems have safety devices that shut the outdoor unit off when they detect a problem, like a full drain pan. A technician should check it. We can send someone tonight or first thing in the morning.
Can you get someone out today or tonight, or do I have to wait until Monday?
We have technicians on call evenings, weekends, and holidays. If it can wait, you can pick a regular weekday visit instead.
