AC repair in Flour Bluff.
A/C repair, check-ups and new American Standard systems between Oso Bay and the Laguna Madre.
Flour Bluff, water on both sides.
Flour Bluff is part of Corpus Christi, on the stretch of land between Oso Bay and the Laguna Madre, with Naval Air Station Corpus Christi on its east side. South Padre Island Drive runs through it on the way to the JFK Causeway. From 3833 Saturn Rd, we head east on SPID.
With water on both sides, Flour Bluff gets wind, humidity and salt in the air most days. Outdoor units take the salt, and indoor units deal with the moisture, which shows up as clogged drain lines and water where it shouldn’t be.
What we hear from Flour Bluff.
Water leaking
A wet ceiling spot or a puddle by the indoor unit. Moist air keeps drains working hard here.
Running, but not cooling
The system runs, the house keeps getting warmer.
Drain line clogged
A full pan can stop the whole system on newer models.
Blank thermostat
If new batteries don’t bring it back, the system likely isn’t sending it power.
Check-ups twice a year
Members get two check-ups a year, 15% off parts, 5% off a new system, priority scheduling, and 24/7 emergency service with no overtime charges, starting at $169.99 per system. Each check-up rinses salt and debris off the outdoor coil.
Questions we get from Flour Bluff.
Can the technician call me before heading over?
Yes. The technician calls on the way. If you need more notice, like time to drive home from work, tell us and we’ll pass it along.
Is it more if you come out after hours or on the weekend?
Yes. Evenings, weekends, and holidays have an after-hours rate that’s higher than our weekday rate. If the problem can wait, you can choose a weekday visit. We’ll give you both options so you can decide. Comfort Club members: 24/7 emergency service with no overtime charges.
I’m a Comfort Club member. When is my next visit?
The office reaches out ahead of each season to schedule your next check-up. If you need us between visits, call the same number. We take weekend calls, members included.
